The Lakeside Observation Hall at Kanagawa Prefecture's Onshi-Hakone Park holds an autumn display of 80 pots of ball-shaped zarugiku chrysanthemums in yellow, pink, white, purple and red. Per the official notice from the park's managing body, the display runs Oct 17–Nov 13, 2026, 9:00–16:30, free of charge, with views of Lake Ashi and Mt. Fuji. A free chrysanthemum giveaway for survey respondents is planned the day after the display ends (while supplies last).
