An annual chrysanthemum exhibition organized by the Kinuura Chrysanthemum Society, a growers' association in Handa. It is typically held from late October to mid-November at the outdoor Citizens' Plaza, from 9:00 to 16:00 (until 14:00 on the final day), with free admission. About 200 pots of chrysanthemums are displayed, including large triple-stem blooms, daruma-style chrysanthemums and bonsai-style arrangements, all grown by members.
