A hanging hina festival held at Inubo Station on the Choshi Electric Railway in Choshi, Chiba. The station building is vibrantly decorated with 2,000 handmade tsurushi-bina (hanging hina ornaments). Located near Inubosaki, the easternmost point of the Kanto region, the combination of the retro station building and colorful handmade hanging decorations creates a warm atmosphere. An 'Ofukuwake' candy distribution event is popular with children. The Choshi Electric Railway is a beloved local train line known for its 'nure-senbei' rice crackers that helped save the railway from financial crisis, making the festival a great addition to a railway excursion.
