The 20th Owase Ohina-sama Festival held across Owase City, Mie. Seven-tiered displays and antique hina dolls are exhibited in shops, shrines, and facilities throughout this town that flourished as a fishing port. Creative displays recreating Owase's townscapes and coastal festival scenes are also highlights. During the concentrated exhibition period of March 1-3, special displays not available at other times are unveiled. With free admission and warm hospitality from the fishing town community, the entire town comes alive with hinamatsuri celebrations.

Get off at JR Owase Station on the Kisei Main Line. By car, from Owase-Kita IC on the Kisei Expressway or Kumano-Owase Road exits to various venues in the city
