Murayama Station Hinamatsuri

The Murayama Station Hinamatsuri is a unique festival event held inside JR Murayama Station in Murayama, Yamagata. Tiered hina dolls displayed in the 2nd floor Tourist Products Hall welcome travelers, earning the nickname 'Dandan Long Hinamatsuri' (tiered long hina festival). Hanging decorations and handmade ornaments are also displayed, bringing the spirit of spring to both travelers and locals. During the festival period, limited-edition menu items such as 'hina soba' and 'hina sweets' are available, making it an event to enjoy with both eyes and palate.
