Konosu Bikkuri Hina Matsuri

Konosu, the 'Town of Dolls' with a 380-year tradition of doll-making, hosts Japan's tallest pyramid hina display — an awe-inspiring 31-tier, approximately 7-meter-high structure using about 1,500 dolls at the main venue, Elumi Konosu Shopping Mall's ground floor central court. Four satellite venues — Hina no Sato, Hanaku no Sato, Cosmos Arena, and Pansy House — each feature their own distinctive pyramid-style displays. Free shuttle buses ('Hina Meguri-go') connect the venues on weekends and holidays. This special edition celebrates the 20th anniversary of the city merger.
