The 'Fukuyose Hina Project' breathes new life into donated hina dolls by posing them in humorous modern scenes, creating a uniquely entertaining event. The 2026 theme is 'Showa 100 Years Time Travel,' with dolls recreating nostalgic scenes from the Showa era. Spread across 32 venues nationwide including Nagoya Castle and Futaba-kan on the Cultural Path, each location features a different themed display. This innovative reinterpretation of traditional hina dolls through art and humor has become hugely popular with younger generations thanks to its Instagram-worthy exhibits.
