Owari Tokugawa Hinamatsuri

This 39th annual special exhibition at the Tokugawa Art Museum displays hina dolls and exquisitely crafted miniature furnishings from the Owari branch of the Tokugawa family. The yusoku-bina (court-style dolls) owned by Edo-period princesses and the miniature bridal trousseau pieces showcase the refined taste and supreme craftsmanship unique to a daimyo family.
