1,400 old dolls in Mori clan castle town
A large-scale event displaying approximately 1,400 hina dolls from the Edo period across 15 venues in Hagi, the former castle town of the Mori clan (360,000 koku). The Former Kubota Residence alone showcases about 600 dolls. Visitors can see diverse dolls including palace-style, court-style, and rare Christian-influenced (Kirishitan) hina dolls. Venues are scattered across Hagi's castle town, Horiuchi, Heiango, and Aibagawa districts, allowing visitors to enjoy hina-touring while strolling through the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage 'Hagi Castle Town' streets.
