Magnificent hina displays fill the serene mountaintop space at approximately 800 meters elevation, offering a special atmosphere far from the bustle of the city below. The combination of the historic architecture, which opened in 1929, and the hina decorations creates a unique elegance, complemented by panoramic views of Kobe's cityscape and Osaka Bay.
