71st Takamatsu Chrysanthemum Exhibition Competition

The Takamatsu Chrysanthemum Exhibition Competition, co-hosted by the City of Takamatsu and the Kagawa Chrysanthemum Friends Association, is held every autumn at Tamamo Park, the site of Takamatsu Castle. Per the city's official notice, 2026 marks the 71st edition, running Oct 24 (Sat) to Nov 23 (Mon, holiday), 8:30–17:00. The exhibit features large-bloom potted arrangements, mixed flower beds and bonsai-style displays grown by enthusiasts. Viewing is free, but separate park admission is required.
