A Mt. Fuji dome flowerbed sculpted entirely from chrysanthemums
Organized by the Hanyu Chrysanthemum Federation and the Hanyu Tourism Promotion Division, this is one of Saitama Prefecture largest chrysanthemum exhibitions, held every November at a special site in the Mitagaya Rural Center parking area. About 800-900 entries grown by members and local schoolchildren are displayed, centered on a signature Mt. Fuji dome flowerbed sculpted from chrysanthemums. It typically runs for about two weeks in early-to-mid November, 9:00-16:00, free admission.
