A regional hina festival spanning 10 municipalities in the Hitoyoshi-Kuma area, which boasts 700 years of Sagara clan history. Opening at the National Treasure Aoi Aso Shrine, the festival features hina displays and interactive events at distinctive venues including sake breweries, temples, and historic buildings. Each municipality offers creative weekend programs and limited-edition gourmet treats. Set along the beautiful Kuma River with the warmth of Sagara clan culture, this festival is ideally paired with a visit to the area's hot springs.
