Koinobori crossing the Oda River, viewable while driving along Route 313
Held annually from late April to late May in Yoshii-cho, Ibara City, Okayama. About 50 koinobori are strung across the Oda River, which flows through the city, creating a charming springtime scene. Located along National Route 313, the display can be enjoyed casually while driving through the area. The koinobori are collected from local households that no longer need them, making this a heartwarming community event celebrating children's growth.
