Fujioka Citizens Chrysanthemum Exhibition

Organized with guidance from the Fujioka City Commerce and Tourism Division, this citizens chrysanthemum exhibition is held in early-to-mid November at the Flower Exchange Hall inside the Raran Fujioka rest area, adjacent to the Fujioka interchange on the Joshin-etsu Expressway. The hall is otherwise known for its atrium garden of Fujioka specialty cymbidium orchids, and the rest area also features a fountain plaza, specialty shops, and a mini amusement park.
