An annual spring koinobori display at Takitani Rural Park in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata. About 100 koinobori collected from citizens are carefully arranged on wires stretched across the clear Nobori River, with snow-capped Mt. Makihata as a stunning backdrop. A popular photo spot showcasing spring scenery unique to snow country, it's also ideal for picnics. Connected to the Nobori River Park and cycling roads for extended walks.
