About This Event
An annual spring koinobori festival at Honmachi Shopping Street in Ichinomiya City, Aichi. About 700 koinobori, combining citizen donations and handmade works by local kindergartners, decorate the arcade for about a month. During Golden Week, bingo and lottery events are held. A unique downtown event where shoppers can enjoy koinobori while browsing the street.
