About 1,100 koinobori are displayed along the Uzumagawa River in Tochigi City's historic 'Kura no Machi' (warehouse district). The combination of Edo-period merchant warehouses and colorful koinobori creates a uniquely atmospheric scene. Visitors can enjoy the koinobori from tour boats or stroll the riverside promenade from Tokiwa Bridge to Uzumagawa Bridge.
