About This Event
Tokyo Tower displays 333 koinobori at its front entrance every spring, the number matching the tower's 333m height. Hidden among the colorful carp streamers is a 6m-long 'Sanma-nobori' (saury streamer), symbolizing the bond with Ofunato City in Iwate after the 2011 earthquake. A popular spot for families and tourists to enjoy the Children's Day atmosphere in central Tokyo.
