A koinobori event along the Shirokita River in Osaka's Joto Ward, organized by the I Love Shirokita River Committee. Unused koinobori donated by citizens are repurposed and displayed along the riverside promenade. The sight of colorful koinobori swimming along a river in urban Osaka creates a modern spring scene. The event celebrates children's healthy growth while promoting eco-friendly recycling. Easy to enjoy while walking or jogging along the river.
