An annual Tango no Sekku event held on Children's Day at Keihanna Commemorative Park in Seika-cho, Kyoto. Free kashiwa-mochi (oak leaf rice cakes) are given to the first 100 children, and an origami corner offers koinobori making experiences. Set in a spacious park full of water and greenery, this family-friendly event celebrates Children's Day in a relaxing atmosphere with playgrounds and lawn areas.
