Approximately 128 koinobori donated by residents are displayed at 7 parks including Setagaya Park, Hanegi Park, and Jidaiyu-bori Park. This eco-friendly initiative repurposes unused koinobori, allowing city dwellers to enjoy this spring tradition. The sight of colorful koinobori swimming above parks filled with playing children has become a cherished local scene.
